Developing Your Practice Class Series

with Marianne Ferguson and Lori Crabbe-Giesbers

This four-part series of classes will prepare Energy Medicine students and practitioners to thrive in the Energy Medicine profession.

What to expect

 

Each class is designed to advance your skills and your practice. We’ll guide you to new levels of understanding energies and their connections, as well as develop your sensing skills.

Teaching time is divided between Lori and Marianne. Lori’s classes will weave Traditional Chinese Medicine into the practice of Energy Medicine, becoming a more intricate fabric throughout all four classes. Marianne’s classes will challenge your views and guide you into a deeper connection with the energies, so you can build a solid foundation for higher and higher levels of energetic awareness. 

Through every class, you will be encouraged to call upon energetic solutions for a variety of situations, which will help you build energetic strength and resilience.

  • Classes take place in Calgary, and this season they will be recorded for digital purchase.
  • Each development course is three days, from 9 am to 5 pm (Mountain Time).
  • Classes combine presentation, demonstration, discussion, and hands-on practice.
  • You will take home a comprehensive handout from every class.
  • There is no requirement to take all four classes - you are welcome to join us any time.
  • Classes cost $525 CAD + GST per class.
  • Participants must be proficient at energy testing and assessment, as well as active in personal energetic self-care.
  • Upon completion of all four classes participants will receive a certificate of completion of 71.5 hours Advanced Energy Medicine.

Unlocking the Secrets to The Wood Element

Day 1 and 3 with Lori 

  • Information on the Wood Element as seen through the lens of both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We will explore the functions and spiritual aspects of the Wood meridians and organs.
  • Characteristics of the Wood Element.
  • The Essence of the Wood meridians' acupuncture points - an in depth look at their physical and spiritual qualities.
  • Common imbalances of the Wood Element.
  • How to integrate the Wood element acupuncture points into an Energy Medicine session.
  • Essential Oils to help balance the Wood Element.
  • Auricular therapy (Ear therapy) - an afternoon of learning about the ear’s hologram, and how we can use points on the ear to assist with assessment and correcting energetic imbalances.

Diving into Deep  Energy

Day 2 and 3 with Marianne

  • Discover Trickster energies attempting to block our assessment process.
  • Explore The Healing Powers of Yin Chi. You will learn techniques to build the inner strength of Yin in yourself and for your clients. It’s like body-building for your energies!
  • Claim & Maintain Personal Power will raise your awareness of staying connected to yourself and offer you tools to share this wealth with your clients.
  • Developing Strong Communication Within the Energies will help you bring the energies together to work as a team for balance.
  • Connecting and Communicating With Source to fill you/your clients up with peaceful, supportive energies that penetrate the whole body.
  • Strategies for Distance Healing will awaken you to new possibilities and further expand your perspective on how vast this energy thing really is! You will be guided into a deep focus that will connect you with your client through time and space. In reality, the energy does not "travel" anywhere. It is simply “sent and received” and instantly “transmitted”.

Day 1 and 3 with Lori 

  • Information on the Fire Element as seen through the lens of both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We will explore the functions and spiritual aspects of all the Fire meridians and organs.
  • Characteristics of the Fire Element.
  • The Essence of the Fire meridians' acupuncture points - an in-depth look at their physical and spiritual qualities.
  • Common imbalances of the Fire Element.
  • How to integrate the Fire element acupuncture points into an Energy Medicine session.
  • Essential Oils to help balance the Fire Element.
  • A protocol, Calming the Shen, that helps with stress and encourages relaxation.

Diving into Deep Energy

Day 2 and 3 with Marianne

  • Exploring your client’s experience will give you new tools that allow your client to relax as you assess the energies.
  • Using the radiant energy wisely will open the floodgates for you to tap into the powerful radiant flows for yourself and your clients. You will love it!
  • Working deep into the layers of energies will send you on an exploration that may have no end. Mind-expanding!
  • Align yourself and your clients with the universal energies, connect deeply into the flow of all things, and further open you to the beauty of Oneness. 
  • Aligning with abundance - Abundance is a field. You will learn to shift your energies into the field of abundance to attract that which supports you on your chosen path.

Deeper Facets of Energy

Day 2 and 3 with Marianne

  • Unearth energetic links to the past to discover and clear historical patterns that are holding your clients back.
  • Shock - determining where the shock is held in the body will allow you to release old shock that has been imprinted in the tissue.
  • Depth of Triple Warmer Character - by discovering the depth of character in Triple Warmer you will learn to speak Triple Warmer’s language and help it release long-held energetic patterns that no longer serve.
  • Riders - Recognize energies that don’t belong, find out what they are, and remove them safely.
